Waivers
WSHS Crew Volunteer Requirement Form
Waiver Summary Text:
By signing below, the parent/legal guardian of the registered Spartan Athlete acknowledges the
West Springfield Crew Booster Club
volunteer policy:
Mandatory Participation:
A successful season depends heavily on our parents. Every family with a student rower or coxswain is required to volunteer with the Spartan Crew Team and at VASRA Regattas. Sign-up links are distributed continuously through email and social platforms so you can choose shifts that fit your schedule and skills.
One Commitment Per Family:
If you have multiple rowers on the team, your family only needs to fulfill one set of volunteer obligations.
Monitoring:
The Spartan Crew Board tracks these commitments and will include your status updates with the regular dues and fundraising spreadsheets.
