 Submit the completed VHSL Physical form (Pages 1-3 only) to the WSHS Athletic Trainer, Chris Worrell ( CWorrell@fcps.edu )

 Complete the WSHS Athletics registration

 Complete the Emergency Care form and email it to admin@spartancrew.org

 New Rowers and Coxswains ONLY need to complete a swim test at South Run Rec Center on Sept 20, 21, or 28 from 3-4 pm to participate in On the Water, Learn to Row.  If you need a swim test administered for the Spring Season, the test dates will be January 11, 2026, and February 15, 2026.  If you can not make these days, please email admin@spartancrew.org 

 Create a Spartan Rowing Account before Learn to Row, so you receive messages and are added to the roster.

 Complete Spartan Crew Registration of your payment choice.
