JL: refers to the cold weather long-sleeve compression shirt.
Gore-Tex: refers to the Boathouse Gore-Tex Waterproof Stevenson Weathershirt. These jackets are not a mandatory part of our uniform. Rowers can purchase a jacket during one of our specified ordering periods.
