Description

Registration Requirements must be completed before Fall On The Water Training.

1.  School Athletic Registration (Final Forms) & VHSL Physical  (VHSL Physical form). FCPS requires WSHS Athletic Registration & Physical before any athletic participation or tryout

2.  NOVICE Swim Test Completed  by New Rowers and New Coxswains ONLY

• • Swim tests are held at South Run Recreational Facility.  Test dates will be posted when scheduled
  • Life Jackets are available for those unable to complete the Swim Test.

WSHS Crew Photography Release

Waiver Summary Text:

I understand that the team sometimes take photographs or video footage for publicity purposes and for developing recruiting videos. These images may appear in our printed publications, on our website, or both. We may also send them to the news media. The team also allows parents to post personal pictures and video from team activities on our website for purposes of sharing with other team families. I understand and acknowledge that removing my child from these photos will require me to contact the board.

Waiver Summary Text: I understand that participation in West Springfield Spartan Crew Green Days, Learn-to-Row, and Winter Conditioning requires WSHS athletic registration and having an on-file, up-to-date physical with WSHS.  I will not be allowed to participate without those items being cleared by WSHS.
